Landrus Clark, a Vietnam Veteran, spokesperson for our efforts, and partner in the Wardaddy organization was not enamored with the treatment that he and other Veterans received when he returned home from the Vietnam War. It is important to him, the National Black Veteran’s Association, and other Veterans that those who have served America through the Armed Forces receive the respect, the quality of care, and the benefits they so richly deserve after having given so much, lost so much, and received so little.

It is imperative to understand that the Wardaddy Corporation is not in the business of promoting war or any negativity surrounding the war question. Wardaddy is an effort to get more attention focused on the war Veterans who have returned home and who will be returning home and need the assistance of not only the United States government, Veteran Affairs, other government agencies but those agencies’ efforts can also be bolstered by our efforts within the Wardaddy organization. Our efforts therefore are pro-Veteran, not anti-war, nor anti-Pentagon or anti-USA; we are Americans who love America and has served her through our military involvement.

James Anthony Allen and Landrus Clark, both military Veterans, Clark, a Vietnam-era Veteran are cognizant of the needs which post-war and current-war Veterans require and are not receiving either from the United States government or from other responsible social service agencies. In a effort to provide financial assistance and bring further awareness to the plight of many American Veterans, Allen and Clark have teamed with the National Black Veteran’s Association located in Atlanta, Georgia to provide interested parties and corporations to partner with the Wardaddy organization to identify clothing designers, manufacturers, graphics designers, and distributors who will help further design, implement designs in mainstream clothing and clothing outlets as well as assistance in communicating the urgent personnel requirements of so many of the world’s Veterans.
